Conflict Management
The Conflict Management course teaches methods for dealing with conflict in the workplace whether with customers, suppliers or fellow employees.
Who is the course aimed at?
Anyone who has to deal with conflict in the workplace. This could be security guards or doormen, but the course content is beneficial to everyone who has face-to-face dealings with people including shop workers and customer services personnel.
What will I be doing on the Conflict Management course?
